And Elissa- I can&#039;t believe you&#039;re afraid to make bread after the crazy 4th of July cake you just posted!  Now THAT is intimidating!  What&#039;s the worst that can happen?  You waste $2 worth of ingredients?  That&#039;s the beauty of bread, its flour, water, salt and yeast.  And honestly, it doesn&#039;t have to be PERFECT.  The second time I made this recipe the loaves were a bit paler and less dense, but in their own way, still very delicious.  Just jump in and try a simple bread recipe.  I&#039;d bet it turns out beautifully and you&#039;ll get addicted to that smell of fresh bread in your house!</description>
