Now I know that the broccoli officially won the race, but I just can’t leave the rest of my garden out of the fun. Things are looking unbelievably healthy and lush.

Well, the bunnies have officially spit in the face of both my actual fence and the Liquid Fence. I went out to check on my garden yesterday after work and found this.

Its another beautiful Saturday here in Kansas. I refuse to take these days for granted because I know it won’t be long before it becomessweltering and humid. I went to our wonderful local Farmer’s Market early this morning to buy a couple more tomato plants and some green pepper plants to replace the seedlings that were recently eaten by some mystery creature.

The part on the left has been done for over a week, but it was really hard to get motivated enough to finish that big corner on the right. Yesterday after work, I got out there and planted the rest of the plants I had waiting for me in the garage. And then Greg came out to help me mulch, which we only finished (or mostly finished) tonight after buying several more bags.
